SlideDeck helps you browse, organize, pack, and clean up photos on your iPhone and iPad.

If you have a question, want to report a problem, or need help using the app, you can reach us using the contact information below. No account is required.

• Device model (for example, iPhone 16 or iPad Air)
• System version (iOS or iPadOS)
• SlideDeck version (shown in Settings, or in the subject line when you use in-app feedback)
• A short description of the question or issue
• Screenshots, if they help explain the problem

In-App Feedback

You can also contact us from inside SlideDeck:

1. Open Settings
2. Tap Product Feedback
3. Send the prefilled email

Photo Access

SlideDeck needs access to your photo library to browse and organize photos. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > SlideDeck.

If access was previously denied, tap Open Settings on the permission screen. This opens SlideDeck in iOS Settings, where you can turn on photo access.

Purchases and Trial

Payments are handled by Apple through the App Store. To restore a lifetime purchase, use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
